Brokerage Services: We facilitate property transactions between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.

Our brokerage fees are in accordance with the standard rates set by the DLD and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). These fees are payable upon successful completion of a transaction.

For off-plan properties, we act as intermediaries between buyers and developers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective developers and the DLD. We recommend reviewing all developer agreements carefully before proceeding.
